This is my first time having African food and this food was amazing! The decor was also very nice and really sets the atmosphere. I had the Dibi Chicken dinner entree with side of plantains and Tems for an appetizer. It was well spiced and everything tasted very fresh, not frozen. We also had two juices, one that was Ginger/Pineapple and the other was Mango/Pineapple. The ginger one was very strong, but the mango one had more of a smoothie taste. I enjoyed both! Update: I still enjoy coming here! My favorite entree is the Dibi Lamb with a side of plantains. Big portions and definitely worth coming here! Order an appetizer of Nems to make it double worth it!

I was in town with my family doing a college tour and we looked up this place since we were hungry. Let me tell you this Senegalese place was the highlight of the day. We walked in and the owner greeted up and was the nicest man you could meet. We had a few questions and he patiently answered all of them. The food was OUTSTANDING. We had the Dibi chicken, Dibi lamb and the Mechoui. All were well seasoned and you had a choice of mild or spicy. We went with spicy with the chicken and mild with the rest. We also had the seasoned rice. Everything was great there wasn't one wrong thing with the entire experience. This is truly a 10/10 place, if you get a chance to visit when you're in the area don't hesitate!

I chose this spot to go to after my graduation ceremony. Overall, my family and I had a great experience. Our server was very kind and attentive. The atmosphere was very aesthetically pleasing. The food was great, it was my first time trying Senegalese food and I was not disappointed! I tried a lamb dish and it was very tasty. The pineapple ginger drink was very good. I would highly recommend.

Food was superb! First time there, we went while looking for a good meal black owned and we were not disappointed! The owner greeted and sat us within minutes. Gave great recommendations and we ordered. I asked him if they could add butter to the broccoli, he told me it wouldn’t be needed they sauté it with oil and seasonings. Boy was that broccoli amazing! Cooked to perfection. I got a salmon platter and my date got a lamb chop platter. Before he even got to his lamb he was raving about just the side of rice and how amazing it was. The portion sizes were great, if I wasn’t so hungry I would’ve had leftovers but it was so good I finished my plate there. Also the decor was just beautiful. Atmosphere was like no other. Just go! Don’t think! Get in your car and go to Nailah’s Kitchen!

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and I 100% recommend. The food is delicious. I come from Senegal and I can attest that the food taste just like what I know from the country. The decor is also so beautiful I had a flash back home as soon as I stepped through the door. Friendly environment and good food.
